Technician (CEAB-CSIC)
Clàudia Auladell interests are in marine biology are broad and include all type of research located in the northern Catalan coast: from marine mammal ecology and acoustics, to macrofauna and algae. I completed a MSc in marine mammal science at the University of Saint Andrews, focusing my master’s thesis on acoustic detection, habitat use and distribution of beaked whales in the North-East Atlantic. I am also a member of a marine association which studies cetaceans on a submarine canyon located in the Costa Brava region.
I am currently a biology and technology teacher at a high school and a scientific divulger at Marine Forest Research Group. I communicate on science encompassed by projects related to algae, managed from the Aquatic Ecology Institute at the University of Girona and CEAB.
